If you opt in to receive SMS, email, or phone communications, you consent to receiving messages and that standard rates may apply. You can withdraw consent by replying “STOP” or contacting us. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you violate these Terms. Termination may include deleting your account and data. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations.
You agree to Apple’s terms, and acknowledge this agreement is between you and Smaiviz Private Limited, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for support, warranties, or claims but may refund you if an app fails.
You acknowledge that Smaiviz Private Limited is responsible for maintenance and support, and Google Play is not responsible for performance issues.
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of rights.
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in courts located in Hyderabad, India. You consent to this jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Smaiviz Private Limited.
